hey guys so i dont think i made a post about this already but i’m going to be in Toronto all week so if i’m not replying to messages or posting a lot thats why! I might have some down time where i can chill on the internets and maybe reblog some stuff but other than that i’ll be pretty busy. When I get back i’ll definitely update you on what went down and where i got lost while running because that’s pretty much inevitable at this point.

I hate how i dread going on my runs now.
It’s been so long since I’ve had a good run. During all of my runs i feel like crap and can’t keep the pace. So I put it off all day and cringe when it’s time to lace up my sneakers because i know that it’s just going to end in disappointment. I hate this. I want to be passionate and look forward to running again. I don’t know how long I can keep this up. When will I start to feel good again? I can’t stand this.
